ABOUT ME

Nice to meet you! I am Raissa Zuim Dantas de Souza and I am the founder of Breaking Barriers.

I am originally from São Paulo, Brazil.

I came to the United States in August of 2015 to start my undergraduate degree at Nebraska Wesleyan University. I graduated in 2019 with a B.S. in Biology and Minors in Chemistry and Communications.

I am currently finishing my M.S. in Anatomy and Neurobiology at the Boston University School of Medicine.

I created this program to engage with other international students and share experiences and things I wished I knew before studying abroad. I have learned a lot as an international student and I want to help you achieve your goals and dreams!

Let's make it happen!
